At DumboCart, we take the shipping of live and delicate items seriously. Whether it’s a vibrant guppy, a lush fern, or a rare aquatic plant — your order is packed with care and shipped with your product’s health and safety in mind.

🚚 Delivery Coverage

We currently ship across most pin codes in India, depending on the type of product and vendor location. Availability may vary for live fish and sensitive plants due to transit limitations.

📦 Shipping Types

Live Plants & Non-Live Items:
Shipped via standard courier partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Professional Courier, ST Courier, etc.).
Dispatched within 1–3 business days from the vendor.
Live Fish & Aquatic Animals:
Shipped only via priority/express shipping or local delivery services to ensure safety.
Shipped Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.
Some vendors may offer same-day delivery in select cities.

⏱ Estimated Delivery Time

Plants & Supplies: 3–5 business days (based on your location)
Live Fish: 1–3 business days (express delivery only)

📌 Delivery times may vary during festivals, weather disruptions, or rural deliveries.

📦 Packaging & Handling

Live products are packed using breathable bags, oxygen, temperature control, or moisture-retaining materials depending on the species.
Fragile and potted plants are packed with protective sleeves and eco-friendly cushioning.
All shipments are clearly marked “Live/Fragile” to ensure careful handling.

❌ Undeliverable Areas

Due to logistical constraints, we may not deliver live fish or certain rare plants to areas with extreme temperatures or where express delivery isn’t available. In such cases, our team will contact you directly and offer alternatives or a full refund.

🔁 Damages or DOA (Dead on Arrival)

We have a dedicated Live Arrival Guarantee Policy for eligible vendors and categories.

🧾 Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your item ships. For live orders, we may also send updates via WhatsApp.
