Proof of Damage or Death

  •  In the case of dead on arrival of live fish/product,

    You must take three(3) clear pictures and share it to our whatsapp number(7306518861). And this should be done within 3hrs of order receival.
    Also include a short statement as to the deceased fish/product when it’s arrived.

  • The images will be checked for authenticity and validity against our return policy for the claim. 

  • We at Dumbocart will take complete responsibility to replace the fish/product in the next order.

  • If the damage is caused after adding the fish in your tank, then we will not be granted a refund/replace.(Please check your water parameters before adding the fish in your tank. Check our blog for the steps to be followed for adding a new fish to you tank)
